Job Description
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer & Sketch Artist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is a highly creative architect with exceptional hand-sketching abilities who can transform concepts into high-quality architectural designs and visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create quick and accurate architectural hand sketches during client meetings and concept design sessions.
- Develop approved concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
- Produce 3D models and high-quality architectural renderings.
- Prepare visually engaging presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a public/governmental university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design.
- Previous experience in an Architecture or Engineering Consultancy firm.
- Exceptional hand-sketching and artistic visualization skills.
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona)
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- Lumion
- Enscape
- Portfolio must include clear examples of hand sketches and digital architectural projects. Applications without hand sketches in the portfolio will not be considered.
- Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
