Role Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to transform concepts into high-quality, detailed drawings and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design drawings

Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models

Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure project alignment

Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and project requirements

Present design ideas and proposals clearly and professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design

Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Other relevant 3D modeling and design tools Such as 3D Max, Lumion, Blender and V-Ray.

Excellent visualization, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

Experience in residential and commercial design

Portfolio showcasing previous design work
