Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Must excel in developing innovative architectural designs for projects, starting from the initial concept and continuing through the preparation of construction drawings.
- This includes ensuring that client requirements are met and that the design adheres to architectural and engineering standards.
Task Description:- Prepare initial designs and architectural drawings using modern design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Develop creative ideas and transform them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure design quality and integration with other disciplines.
- Prepare and deliver professional project presentations to clients.
- Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and local and international standards.
- Oversee the design phases through to execution, ensuring that site work aligns with the approved drawings.
- Propose appropriate materials and finishes based on the project type and budget.
