CSCEC ME is recruiting Architectural Drafter to join our Technical Dept for a Newly Awarded Large Scale High Rise Tower Project in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Architectural detail drawings for projects
- Preparation of mobilization & structural GA drawings.
- Assist Architect for material submission.
- Preparation of Shop Drawings for Block work, finishing schedule, Tile layout Floor & wall, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Site plan, various external finishing & Termination details, Sections, Elevations, etc.,
- Drafting External landscape Shop drawings hardscape layout, detail sections, finishing termination details by coordinating Infrastructure drawings.
- Preparing detailed technical content describing the in and out of the design.
- Responsible for the preparations of Construction drawings.
- Reviewing Shop Drawings from Subcontractors and coordinate with related shop drawing
- Preparation of survey Co-ordination drawings based on demarcation plan.
- Assist Architect for material submission and RFS.
- Architectural and structural coordination drawings by Superimpose and highlight clashes to architect or technical engineer for making RFI
- Preparation of ID drawings as per IFC and coordinating with MEP approved shop drawings
- Preparation of precast panel finishing coordination drawings with MEP Services.
- Reviewing Rebar drawings with BBS and IFC drawings
- Making as built drawings as per alteration or modification done by inspecting the site
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Architect
- 5+ years experience in Building Projects
