Architectural Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Engineer based in El Tagamoa El Khames. The Architect Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, overseeing the implementation of projects to ensure compliance with design standards, and coordinating with different teams, including contractors, suppliers, and project managers. Other responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, conducting quality checks, and proposing innovative design solutions. The role also requires ensuring that all architectural projects comply with local regulations and codes.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and permitting processes
• Ability to create and evaluate detailed design plans and blueprints
• Experience in project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and coordination
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking and innovation in developing architectural solutions
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate development projects is an advantage
