Architectural Engineer

We are looking for a Architectural Engineer to join our Projects in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Review tenant concept, detailed architectural, and fit-out drawing submissions.
• Ensure tenant proposals comply with approved design criteria, Tenant Design & Fit-Out Manual, and mall design standards.
• Review shopfronts, façades, signage interfaces, entrances, finishes, ceilings, floors, walls, and other architectural elements.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with Leasing, Development, FM, Operations, MEP disciplines, tenants, and consultants.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works on site from commencement through completion.
• Conduct site inspections and identify design deviations and construction-quality issues.
• Review material samples, mock-ups, finishes, and architectural details.
• Monitor fit-out progress and coordinate corrective actions for non-compliant works.
• Manage architectural snagging and follow up on rectification.
• Support tenant unit completion and final handover.
• Maintain accurate records of approved drawings, comments, inspections, approvals, and site observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, retail fit-out, interior architecture, or tenant coordination.
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings, design submissions, material selections, and site installations.
• Practical experience with shopfronts, façades, finishes, material coordination, and retail interior fit-out.
• Experience conducting site inspections, snagging, and coordinating corrective works.
• Experience within a landlord, developer, mall, or commercial property environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural materials, finishes, detailing, and interior fit-out requirements.
• Familiarity with Tenant Design & Fit-Out Manuals and landlord-tenant technical coordination.
• Knowledge of applicable Saudi Building Code requirements and relevant architectural standards.
