Job Description

• Contribute to analyzing urban redevelopment and regeneration opportunities and identifying technical requirements.
• Support real estate growth planning and follow up on priority initiatives.
• Review and evaluate real estate proposals and projects from an architectural and development perspective.
• Coordinate with real estate developers and relevant stakeholders to identify challenges and requirements.
• Contribute to developing incentives and exceptions that support the real estate development sector.
• Analyze urban development and regeneration opportunities and identify priority locations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate developer procedures and follow up on required actions.
• Prepare presentations and periodic reports highlighting the progress of initiatives and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of real estate development or urban regeneration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and drawing evaluation.
• Understanding of real estate development and urban regeneration.
• Strong analytical and project evaluation skills.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
