Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Collaborating with architects to develop and implement design concepts for construction projects.
• Conducting site evaluations and assessments to ensure compatibility with design plans and local regulations.
• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Integrating sustainable and energy-efficient practices into architectural designs.
• Coordinating with structural engineers to ensure the structural integrity of designs.
• Reviewing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all architectural plans.
• Providing technical expertise and support during the construction phase, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering components.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering , Civil Engineering

Experience and Skills:

Industry Experience (No. of years):

0- 2 years experience in similar field.

Position/functional experience (No. of years):

Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in architectural design and analysis

1- AutoCAD

2- Rhino

3- Lumion or D5

4- photoshop

5- Adobe acrobat

6- InDesign

Competencies and Skills:

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and structural engineering principles
