We are seeking an experienced
Architectural Engineer to join our team in
Al-Khobar,
Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience managing complex bid submissions within consultancy or design environments, with solid knowledge of Saudi regulatory processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design packages.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and material submissions.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams.Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, samples, and method statements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction meets approved designs and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Meet with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers when required.
- Provide engineering support during planning, execution, testing, and handover phases.
- Assist in resolving site technical/design issues and propose solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in design or construction (or as required).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and specifications.
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
