HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience managing complex bid submissions within consultancy or design environments, with solid knowledge of Saudi regulatory processes and multidisciplinary coordination.

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience managing complex bid submissions within consultancy or design environments, with solid knowledge of Saudi regulatory processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design packages.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and material submissions.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams.Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, samples, and method statements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction meets approved designs and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Meet with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers when required.
- Provide engineering support during planning, execution, testing, and handover phases.
- Assist in resolving site technical/design issues and propose solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in design or construction (or as required).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and specifications.
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
