Role Summary:
The Architect will be responsible for architectural design and preparation of drawings required for permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes in Kuwait.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong design skills and preparation of 3D visualizations.
- Experience in preparing and submitting drawings to Municipality and Kuwait Fire Force Department.
- Solid knowledge of the Building Code and its latest updates.
- Ability to work independently and within a professional team.
- Review and revise drawings based on authority and client comments.
- Ensure timely delivery of all architectural outputs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
- 710 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
