We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with quality standards, regulations, and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
