Architectural Engineer Project Management & Interior Fit-Out

A leading company in Doha is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong capabilities in project management and interior fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, while ensuring quality, timelines, and project requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Manage architectural and interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover.

Coordinate daily activities between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, materials, and project requirements.

Monitor project schedules, quality standards, site progress, and deliverables.

Attend client and site meetings and prepare project updates.

Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate suitable solutions.

Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and required quality standards.

Represent the company professionally in selected social media content, project videos, and site presentations.

Cooperate with the marketing team to explain projects, technical details, and construction or fit-out stages clearly and professionally.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in Doha, Qatar.

Demonstrated experience in architectural project management and interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of project execution, finishing materials, technical drawings, and site coordination.

Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management software.

Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable appearing in professional company videos and social media content.

Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit.

Relevant Doha projects must be clearly demonstrated in the CV or project portfolio.
