We are hiring: Engineer – Architectural Engineering for our Reputed client

Location: Dubai, UAE

Project: DEWA 400kV & 132kV Substations and Associated Transmission Works

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to support architectural design, technical review, tendering, quality, and site-coordination activities for high-voltage substation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural scopes of work for transmission-project tenders.
Conduct plot-verification and master-plan studies.
Review tender amendments, technical queries, technical offers, deviations, and recommendation reports.
Review architectural drawings, material submittals, technical documents, BIM models, and vendor submissions.
Support substation elevation, façade, and colour-scheme design in line with project and DEWA requirements.
Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project scope.
Participate in design, technical, interface, and progress meetings.
Conduct site visits and quality audits to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or Diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in substations, utility infrastructure, industrial facilities, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Experience in architectural design review, technical submittals, BIM, and Revit.
Strong technical coordination, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
