- Prepare, review, and revise architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth implementation
- Review architectural design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle material submittals and ensure materials are approved and meet project requirements
- Provide technical support to site teams and participate in solving on-site design issues
- Ensure that all architectural documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with the contract and codes
- Maintain updated records of architectural changes and revisions
- Follow up on approvals from consultants and authorities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and finishing standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
