Job summary
To contribute to the design, development, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, budgets, and applicable codes.
Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs across all stages (Concept, Design Development).
Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP) as well as consultants and contractors.
Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
Provide architectural site supervision and resolve technical issues during construction.
Prepare periodic technical reports and monitor project progress.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, budgets, and schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Architecture
57 years of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
Strong skills in presentation and visualization software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).
Ability to produce high-quality detailed construction drawings.
