Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of architectural works, including finishes, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, windows, and façade works.
• Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.
• Review material approvals and ensure only approved materials are used on site.
• Inspect mock-ups and completed works before approval and handover.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues, and issue inspection reports or non-conformance reports (NCRs) when required.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify that deficiencies have been rectified.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Witness site tests and inspections related to architectural works.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, daily reports, and photographic documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements during inspections.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on inspection status and quality performance.
• Assist during project handover, snagging, and final inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural inspection for building construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and international construction standards.
