Architectural Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team:

1.Architectural QS – 3+ years Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of architectural principles.
• Accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for architectural works.
• Technical review of project documents, including drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

General Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Architectural Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying standards and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit; familiarity with Cost X is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and reporting skills.

2. Snr Architectural QS – 7+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for architectural works.
• Development of cost estimates to support budgeting and tendering phases
• Preparation and review of comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Supporting cost estimation and commercial reporting activities.
• Technical review of project documents, including drawings and specifications
• Proven experience in pre-contract quantity surveying is mandatory

General Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Architectural Quantity Surveying.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong understanding of standard methods of measurement and industry best practices (POMI, NRM).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit; familiarity with Cost X is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and reporting skills.
