Architectural Sales Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, offering a blend of on-site and remote work. The Architectural Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, managing sales processes, and promoting FAS services and solutions. The role involves collaborating with design and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients. The Specialist will focus on growing the client base by designing and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge or background in Interior Design and an understanding of design principles.
• Familiarity with the Furniture and Building Materials industry.
• Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in architectural solutions or design-build projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
