Venecia Designs is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architectural Site Engineer to join our growing team.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site execution, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects according to schedule.

• Supervise interior finishing and fit-out works on site.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Prepare site reports and provide regular project updates.

• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior finishing and fit-out projects.

• Must own a car and be able to go between project sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or relevant field).

• Strong site management and coordination skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings and execution details.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
