Job Purpose
To provide technical and engineering support for company projects by preparing architectural shop drawings, quantity take-offs, reviewing designs and specifications, and coordinating with different disciplines to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
- Study architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Review and select architectural materials and finishing specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to resolve design conflicts.
- Respond to architectural RFIs and provide technical clarifications.
- Support site engineers with technical solutions during construction.
- Participate in preparing technical proposals and tender documents.
- Update drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 05 years of experience in a Technical Office role (or as required).
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- MS Excel
- Good knowledge of architectural finishes and construction materials.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and technical specifications.
