Architectural Technical Office Engineer- Zayed

Role Description

Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings based on IFC drawings, project specifications, and site requirements.

Review design drawings and identify any conflicts, discrepancies, or missing details.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to avoid clashes.

Prepare coordinated layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for site execution.

Revise and update shop drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and consultant requirements.

Coordinate with the site team to resolve technical issues and support construction activities.

Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

Follow up on drawing approvals and maintain updated records of submissions and revisions.

Participate in technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams when required.

Support quantity surveying and material submittals related to architectural works.

Ensure timely issuance of drawings according to project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural technical office works and shop drawings.
• Previous experience in construction or real estate companies is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
