Architecture Assistant Resident Engineer

Our projects are NEWGIZA, ARTLIFE, IVY, and NEWKAIRO in Cairo and Giza; Playa Ghazala, Playa Ras El

Hekma, and Seashell Ras El Hekma on the North Coast; and EINBAY in Ain Sokhna.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction projects.
• Strong background in the Engineering Consultancy field is a must.
• Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing architectural works on-site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
