Architecture BIM Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Architecture BIM Coordinator. The Architecture BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across projects. Key tasks include developing and maintaining project BIM standards, facilitating collaboration among design, MEP, and project teams, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The role also involves quality control of BIM deliverables and ensuring adherence to project specifications. The candidate will contribute to the effective and efficient realization of construction projects by streamlining workflows and enhancing project visualization.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including BIM software tools and processes
• Experience in BIM Coordination and collaboration across disciplines
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) integration
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and manage timelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and guidelines, as well as technical expertise in construction
