Architecture Engineer-Graduate Program

About the Role

As part of the Graduate Development Program 2026/2027, Mansour Automotive is looking for a motivated Architecture Engineer to join the Project Management function.

The role offers a structured opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical exposure to architectural projects within a large-scale automotive organization, while developing the technical, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities required for a successful career in project and architectural management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and review of architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
• Assist in coordinating architectural requirements with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Support site visits, project follow-up, and progress monitoring.
• Assist in reviewing project deliverables against agreed requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Contribute to space planning and facility development initiatives across automotive facilities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and relevant records.
• Support the team in identifying project requirements, potential issues, and required follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project coordination and execution.
• Participate in the Graduate Development Program's learning and development activities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D modelling, or other architectural software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates a learning mindset, ownership, adaptability, and commitment to continuous development.
