We are seeking a talented Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team at a mid-sized construction firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing building projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including visual representations and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and contracts to align with project objectives.
- Provide technical support and expertise to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and legal requirements in the construction field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
