Role Description The Architecture Finishing Engineer (Site) is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sherouk. The role involves supervising architectural finishing works, ensuring that materials, workmanship, and execution comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with civil and construction teams, monitoring progress against project schedules, resolving site issues, and reporting on work status to project management. The engineer will inspect and approve finishing activities such as flooring, painting, cladding, ceilings, and joinery, while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. The role also includes liaising with contractors and suppliers, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting the continuous improvement of site processes.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is required
• Minimum 3 - 5 Years of experience in the same position
• Proven Experience in #commercial projects is a must
• Strong foundation in Architecture with a focus on finishing details, interior layouts, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Construction processes, particularly related to building finishes and site implementation.
• Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
• Demonstrated Teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
• Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in El Sherouk and adapt to a dynamic construction environment, including regular site visits.
