Role Description

• The Architecture Technical Office Engineer (Fit-Out Projects) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
• The role involves preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings, coordinating with civil and electrical teams, and ensuring alignment with project specifications and design intent.
• The engineer will prepare and verify bills of quantities (BOQ), support quantity surveying activities, and assist in cost estimation and budget control.
• Daily tasks include responding to site technical queries, coordinating with site engineers and subcontractors, updating documentation and technical reports, and contributing to project schedules and progress follow-up.
• The role also includes reviewing materials and finishes for fit-out works and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings for fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles relevant to interior and structural fit-out works.
• Familiarity with Electrical Engineering requirements for fit-out, including coordination of MEP drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience in fit-out or interior contracting projects, preferably in retail or commercial sectors.
• Ability to interpret project specifications, contracts, and technical standards.
• Proficiency in CAD and relevant design/technical software (e.g., AutoCAD,3D Max, Knowledge in Revit, MS Office).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate between office and site.
