Architecture Technical Office Engineer (Shop Drawing & QS)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Technical Office Engineer. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting quantity surveying. The role also involves coordinating civil and electrical engineering tasks, ensuring project specifications are met, and liaising with project stakeholders.

• Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings and managing BOQ
• Background in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Experience in the construction and finishing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
