Role Description

The Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer will oversee technical designs and ensure the accurate preparation and review of shop drawings, BOQ, and related documentation in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, addressing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo, and requires direct collaboration within the technical office and with other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Prepare the project contract documents (time, project working design drawings, BOQ etc... )
• Update and make if the site need the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage
