Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architecture Tender Engineer located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role requires preparing and submitting project tenders, analyzing technical and financial proposals, collaborating with the construction, project management, and architecture teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution. The candidate will assess project costs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to overall project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture Engineering.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate project-related activities
• Proven ability to collaborate within teams and foster a positive team environment
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project estimation software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in tender and proposal preparation
