Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, focused on architecture and site coordination. The Architecture Site professional will support the planning and execution of architectural works on active project sites, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and safely. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, and monitoring work progress to align with design intent, quality standards, and timelines. The role also involves conducting site inspections, documenting issues, proposing practical solutions, and contributing to progress reports and project meetings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and design teams to address on-site challenges and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Proficiency in Research and Training to stay current with building codes, materials, and best practices, and to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to track site progress, manage priorities, and support timely delivery of project milestones.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in site supervision or architectural site coordination for real estate or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction methods, and applicable regulations and standards.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, Egypt, and adapt to a dynamic project-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
