Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and achieve sales targets, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, coaching staff, analyzing sales reports, identifying market trends, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also requires strategic planning to expand the company's footprint, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data for decision-making and develop strategic plans
• Proficiency in market research and identifying growth opportunities
• Experience within the fitness or health industry is preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
