About the Job:
We are looking for an Area Manager to join a well-established QSR restaurant brand in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple outlets across a large-scale operation, ensuring consistent operational performance and leading strong, effective teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple stores within the region
- Drive operational performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and frontline teams
- Set and monitor KPIs related to sales, cost control, customer satisfaction, and staff retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and new initiatives
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain market leadership
- Report directly to senior operations leadership and contribute to strategic planning
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a multi-unit QSR operations management role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams and outlets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
