About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on role focused on driving operational standards, quality, customer experience and consistency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Drive high standards across quality, cleanliness, service and overall execution.
- Ensure SOPs and operational processes are consistently followed.
- Lead and develop teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Support relationships with delivery partners and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and support catering and events operations.
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain consistent standards across the business.
Key Ingredients
- Proven multi-unit restaurant operations experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs and quality standards.
- Hands-on, agile and solutions-focused leadership style.
- Strong people management and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Catering or events exposure would be advantageous.
