What You'll Do

• Lead and manage kitchen managers and teams across assigned units
• Drive hiring, onboarding, training and continuous coaching for all operational staff
• Ensure performance management, discipline, morale and retention across units
• Conduct regular audits for SOP adherence, food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure strict compliance with brand recipes, quality checks and production standards
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead complete 360 process improvements
• Own kitchen readiness and setup for all new dark kitchen launches across UAE
• Monitor and deliver KPIs including kitchen time, aggregator ratings, product availability, order accuracy, and customer experience metrics
• Drive cost controls including food cost, wastage, labor scheduling and utilities
• Ensure all units meet daily, weekly and monthly operational targets
• Review and optimise delivery production flows for peak performance
• Work closely with supply chain on stock forecasting and ordering accuracy
• Coordinate with Brand Managers, Chefs and Marketing to support campaigns, NPD rollouts and promotions
• Partner with Facilities and Maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance
• Liaise with Finance for reporting, budgeting and variance management
• Maintain daily communication with unit managers and provide clear direction
• Share weekly operational updates, risks and corrective action plans
• Build strong alignment with brand managers to improve visibility and conversion

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management within F&B, QSR, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving operational targets and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
