Role Description The Area Manager – Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple pharmacy branches. The role includes supervising pharmacists and pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock management, and ensuring accurate dispensing and counseling for patients. The Area Manager – Pharmacist will track branch performance, analyze sales and service metrics, and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role also involves coaching and developing team members, coordinating training, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with senior management to support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications

• Solid pharmaceutical knowledge and experience as a licensed pharmacist, with strong skills in medication dispensing, patient counseling, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development across multiple locations.
• Operational and organizational skills in branch management, inventory control, workflow optimization, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset, with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of service quality and patient care.
• Analytical and business-oriented skills, including the ability to review financial and performance reports, manage targets, and contribute to growth strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and valid pharmacist license; prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Area Manager is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site across branches in 6th of October and nearby areas, with flexibility to handle rotating schedules and peak operating hours.
