Requirements:
Strong experience in Merchandising / Field Operations within FMCG
Proven ability to lead and manage large field teams
Strong skills in planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
Experience in promotions, distribution, and pricing execution
Ability to analyze data and make results-driven decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to ensure compliance with client requirements and standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in field operations
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
