The Area Sales Advisor is responsible for acquiring
new merchants and expanding Paymob's presence in the assigned area. The role involves daily field visits, meeting potential merchants, explaining Paymob's payment solutions, and onboarding them to the platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outdoor field visits to identify and acquire new merchants.
- Promote Paymob's payment products and solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and merchant needs.
- Handle merchant queries and provide basic after-sales support when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 02 years of outdoor sales experience (fresh grads welcome).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Able to work mainly outdoors.
- Basic knowledge of payment solutions.
