Area sales manager leads Field Force Managers with key responsibilities as follows:
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual Target
- To provide team Leadership and embed growth mindset within the region to achieve organizational objectives in sales revenue, customer database expansion, and brand promotion, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration with highly motivated team and high-performance Culture
- Enhance Coaching & managing team performance to be highly performing team and demand generation
- Develop and implement Strategies and business plans to increase sales and Market share within Key accounts
- Implement, and follow up of customer engagement plans, in collaboration with marketing function using all available channels with adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements by all team members.
- Seeking customer feedback to identify the need and uses feedback to build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with Cross-function to ensure Brand availability and access to patients and able communicate seamlessly with stakeholders and manage conflicts if any.
- Analyze Market trends and competitors activities to devise effective promotional initiatives
- Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals.
- Able to Business planning with high level of analytical thinking to Drive performance
- Able to spend 30% of time in Filed activities /Coach the coach.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- +3 years experience in managing first line managers.
- Sales management experience more than 10 years with Saudi Arabia.
- Preferred Primary care Experience in Riyadh Region.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
