Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager specializing in Construction Chemicals. Based in Egypt, the position involves developing and managing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit construction sites, provide technical consultations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role primarily involves on-site responsibilities and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Min. of 7 years of Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of construction chemicals, including concrete admixtures, waterproofing, and coatings
• Technical acumen in product applications and ability to provide on-site consultations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored sales strategies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with the regional market are advantageous
