Area Sales Manager – Gulf States (GCC)

Your Role: Driving Growth and Sustainability

As the Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the GCC region, you will play a critical role in driving ENVEA's mission to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Your expertise in sales, market development, and stakeholder engagement will position ENVEA as the preferred partner for environmental solutions in this dynamic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities: Use market insight and best practices to identify and prioritise key growth opportunities across the GCC region, from national organisations to end-users.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sales partners, industrial end-users, EPCs, engineering firms, integrators, and government bodies.
  • Strategise Market Entry: Develop and execute innovative strategies to access target sectors, creating new routes to market and driving growth.
  • Promote Solutions: Gain in-depth knowledge of ENVEA's products and services to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating their technical and commercial value to target audiences.
  • Channel Management: Recruit, manage, and motivate a robust network of channel partners across key industry verticals, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Lead Sales Efforts: Manage active enquiries, preparing and delivering technical quotations, proposals, and tender submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Achieve Targets: Take ownership of sales targets for the region, consistently meeting and exceeding objectives.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to enquiries with technical and application expertise, while utilising Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities.
  • Represent ENVEA: Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences, delivering seminars and technical presentations to strengthen ENVEA's presence in the region.
  • Collaborate for Success: Report directly to the Regional Director, fostering transparency and teamwork to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Expertise: A minimum of five years in a similar B2B role within the GCC region, ideally in environmental instrumentation or a related sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ambient air quality monitoring, emissions control, and process optimisation solutions.
  • Regional Insight: Deep understanding of GCC market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, industrial sectors, and government initiatives.
  • Sales Acumen: Expertise in technical sales, value-based solution selling, and pipeline management with a results-driven approach.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar tools, alongside strong forecasting and project management skills.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage, and proficiency in French or German is a bonus.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with MS Office and modern sales techniques.
  • Established Network: A strong network of contacts within the region's industrial and governmental sectors.
  • Travel Enthusiasm: Residing in the GCC region with a readiness for extensive travel.
