Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of first-line managers and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive sales performance and market growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Western Region
  • Ensure full P&L ownership, driving sustainable growth and strong financial performance
  • Oversee private and government sector sales, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and compliance with industry regulations
  • Expand market share across diverse therapeutic areas, including both generic and multinational pharmaceutical portfolios
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to align on business objectives
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and proactively mitigate risks
  • Ensure operational excellence in sales execution, field force effectiveness, and territory management

Job Offer

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a second-line sales management role, such as National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, ideally overseeing a diverse portfolio
  • Strong track record in managing first-line managers and KAMs
  • Extensive experience in both private and government sectors within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exposure to diverse regions and territories, with a background in both generic and multinational pharmaceutical environments
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L management expertise
  • Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, if required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
