Galadari International Technical Services (GITS), part of the Galadari Heavy Equipment Group, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive and expand rental and used heavy equipment sales across the Abu Dhabi region. This role will report directly to the General Manager of the division.
This role is ideal for a commercially strong sales professional with hands-on experience in rental fleets and used equipment sales, strong market relationships and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow rental and used heavy equipment sales within the assigned Abu Dhabi territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, fleet owners and key accounts
- Drive new business development with a focus on rental contracts and used equipment deals
- Identify opportunities to maximize fleet utilization and used equipment turnover
- Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies and performance reports
- Work closely with service, operations and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and negotiations to close deals
Key Requirements
- Arabic speaker essential & non-negotiable
- Mandatory experience in rental and used heavy equipment sales
- Heavy equipment brand experience (Komatsu experience highly preferred)
- Minimum 58 years sales experience within construction or heavy machinery sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market
- Proven ability to negotiate, close deals and manage key accounts
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage the AUH region autonomously
