Role Description
As a Area Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive business operations, sales, and team performance within the Pune Division.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will develop and execute strategic plans, manage key client relationships, and ensure revenue growth while maintaining strong operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage Square Yards technology platforms and ensure seamless client experiences. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
Proven skills in team management, leadership, and mentoring
Strategic planning and business development capabilities
Proficiency in customer relationship management and client service excellence
Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry trends
Analytical thinking and ability to work with data-driven insights
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology platforms and sales tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in the real estate or property technology sector is a strong advantage
Edtech / Banking / Finance background preferred
Minimum 4 years to Maximum 8 years managerial experience needed

Fixed Salary on Fixed Date + Uncapped Incentives

Salary Range: 7 LPA to 16 LPA (basis current experience and interview performance)
