A leading international manufacturer of premium ceramic tiles and surface solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Dubai market. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities across Dubai, meeting and exceeding agreed targets
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and interiors market
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to strengthen market positioning
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including effective after-sales follow-up
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years MUST HAVE sales experience within ceramics and porcelain tiles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Must be based in Dubai
