Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our TBR and OTR tire sales in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the tire market, excellent customer relationship skills, and proven success in field sales and B2B development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans for TBR and OTR segments in the Western Region.

Identify and onboard new distributors, fleet customers, and heavy-equipment operators.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, workshops, transport companies, and industrial clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure healthy market coverage.

Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence.

Manage commercial negotiations and close B2B deals.

Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management.

Support marketing activities, trade events, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales of TBR / OTR tires.

Strong network in the Western Region.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Valid Saudi driving license and willingness for frequent field visits.

English proficiency (preferred).

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
