Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and performance-focused Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth across multiple locations while ensuring operational alignment and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs across all locations.
  • Lead and coach sales teams to maximize performance and conversion rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
  • Ensure alignment between sales activities and daily operations to support seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee customer experience standards and support retention and upselling initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review both sales performance and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
  • Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 57+ years of experience in Sales (multi-location experience preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen and target-driven mindset.
  • Leadership experience managing teams across different locations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
