Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and performance-focused Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth across multiple locations while ensuring operational alignment and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs across all locations.
- Lead and coach sales teams to maximize performance and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and daily operations to support seamless service delivery.
- Oversee customer experience standards and support retention and upselling initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to review both sales performance and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
- Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 57+ years of experience in Sales (multi-location experience preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and target-driven mindset.
- Leadership experience managing teams across different locations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
