Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate & train sales team to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new traders and rental shops to expand the distribution network.
  • Key Account Management: Build strong partnerships with major companies and wholesale traders to ensure recurring bulk orders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and product availability in the local market and report findings to management.
  • Sales Strategy: developing strategies to increase shelf share at trader locations and become the preferred supplier for rental fleets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 35 years of sales experience as field sales supervisor (FMCG candidates are welcome to apply)
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market of hardware traders and equipment rental companies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of Power Tools, Generators, Air Compressors, and Construction Equipment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills for bulk deals and credit term management.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Location: Currently living in Riyadh is must.
